Due to the nature of the product we can only accept UNOPENED, UNUSED item returns. There is a 3 day return policy. Any item returned there after will not be accepted.
US orders are shipped by UPS. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
